Why do u want to join this company

"Why do u want to join our XYZ company". A question which is shooted during last stage of interview. All blah blah is spitted by candidate.
However, Both guy sitting opposite to each other knows that min 30% increment is one of the primary reason of joining XYZ company..
Rest all answers given by candidate is MYTH...
